The cost is the most important reason why I always take service from NS. The second thing is when I talk to them over phone, I enjoy speaking to the guy that says me the price they’re going to charge for the piece of work.
They’re very knowledgeable. For example, if I ask any question to the company’s person on the phone and he can’t answer- he says, “I don’t know. Give me a second”, then he comes back and answers.
One day I was having a whole replacement done, including all the ducts, and the estimate wasn’t so high that NS could make a good profit. The technician came and did the job pretty quick. I must admit their work was wonderful and very efficient.
I met some other service providers for estimates and came to realize how reasonable quote NS gave to me and the efforts they made at my service. For instance, the NS technicians arrived at twelve o’clock when half of the day was over. I thought there was no way those men could end it that day, but they finished everything so perfectly by five o’clock and left. I was quite happy with the way they just worked.
